    Finding a mini ITX board with dual Gigabit ethernet ports... surprisingly difficult!

    Dear Fediverse, do you have any recommendations?

      Oh hey, this looks pretty much like what I'm looking for. May need a bit more powerful CPU, though. Any idea if you can achieve Gigabit throughput over OpenVPN with this thing?

      @fribbledom ~5 years ago I was stuck with the same issue. But back then I was unable to find something in the Mini-IXT format that would fit my needs (home router, OpenVPN server, and backup archive).I ended up with something way smaller:https://www.jetwaycomputer.com/JBC323U591.htmlI got it from a specialized seller:https://www.mini-itx.com/They likely have something more up to date.However, in this day and age, there might be some even better ARM SBCs that will do the trick.

      @duponin

      Yeah, I've stumbled upon that and it looks really decent. However it's roughly three times as expensive as I would have expected (or wanted, hah) it to be.
