@bob Changed them to much larger values AND uploaded a light image : still an error 400. -

@postblue there can be more than one php.ini, and also it's possible there might be limits in the web server settings for the site -

@bob Max upload et al. for Nginx and the PHP-FPM pool are both configured to allow ~20m uploads. -
